Both the traditional and buffet outlets were fit for kings. In my view the best of all modern hotels.

Loved the people and the place

Even though I’ve seen more beautiful hotels and bedrooms, what I loved was how nice and helpful were the concierge and people inside the hotel. All of them were really nice, they helped in all different ways, they spoke good English. The breakfast was good, there’s also a nice garden in which you can have a nice walk. Really suggest this place :)

Elegant Tokyo Hotel with great Japanses garden

Very upmarket hotel with lovely Japanese garden. Quite large room with comfortable beds and the daily fresh pyjamas was a nice extra. There is a very good small mall right across the road with a nice bakery and good coffee. There is also a range of local restaurants there offering good value meals as an alternative to hotel dining.

Very large hotel and quite difficult to negotiate around. Hotel dining and breakfast very expensive.

Hotel offer a buffet breakfast for US$29/pp. Very nice but heavy Japanese influence....Americans may have difficulty finding items they like.

Luxurious and relaxing

The gardens are incredible! The room was stunning and felt like a more intimate inn than the large hotel it’s in. The room was a really comfortable size! The bathroom amenities were top notch!

It is a little confusing to navigate because of the size, but you get used to it quickly!

A very fulfilling stay in a luxury property.

This is truly a luxury property. Very attentive to detail. Staff is polite and very helpful and eager to understand and meet your every need. The gardens provide a place of quiet calming beauty to walk or sit in quiet, peaceful contemplation. The restaurants are many and varied to suit most any taste. The rooms are well appointed, clean and very comfortable. In our room robes, pajamas and slippers were provided.

A luxurious treat

We treated ourselves to a 2 night stay for a birthday treat. The hotel is huge and yet the staff are warm and welcoming. The garden is beautiful day and night and we had a great breakfast in both restaurants. There are 40+ food outlets in the hotel which are delicious if a little pricey.

The laundry service isn't daily and has short hours which surprised us, we couldn't use as the timings wouldn't work for us.

Our most positive experience was with Takashi, the concierge. We communicated with him before arriving in Tokyo, and he made arrangements for a private guide, restaurant reservations, concert tickets and even purchased our train tickets to Kyoto. He was truly amazing in his graciousness and helpfulness. The other staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The garden was maginificent.

Great hotel with lots of dining options and good views of Tokyo

Rooms were very big and modern. Hotel is large with lots of options for breakfast and dinner. There are nice gardens to walk around as well. The breakfast in the main eating area was great and even better if you got a seat by the window looking over the gardens. We took taxis from the hotel to where we were going so can't talk to other transportation links. If you are looking for a large and luxurious hotel then this is one to look at. We enjoyed the space!

Excellent stay, lovely hotel and staff, slightly dated rooms

It’s a very nice property sitting on a gorgeous Japanese Garden and very accessible by trains. 3 stations a few minutes walk away linking you to most locations in Tokyo. Concierge and staff are very helpful.

Rooms are a bit dated but they have started renovating some. A side note not directly related to myself as we stayed in the Main building, but lots of confusion for other guests arriving in the Garden Tower with reception being closed after 9. As a guest every time I was walking back to the hotel I saw a confused person that I guided to the Main lobby.

Luxurious hotel with an amazing Japanese garden with ponds and waterfalls. The staff was very nice and helped us with the luggage. The bed was huge and the view was very nice.

Everything in and around the hotel is super expensive. For example, Breakfast was 5000 yen per person and lunch at the restaurant in the garden was 10k+ They didn't have coin laundry and the cost for their laundry service was very high between 500-1000 yen per item.
